Bonus Terms Explained — Plain & Simple

Wagering / Rollover Requirement
This is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. A X10 rollover on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 10,000 in total wagers. X15 means Rs 15,000, and X20 means Rs 20,000 — before a single rupee of bonus-linked profit can be cashed out.
Example: You receive a Rs 2,000 welcome bonus with a X12 rollover. You must wager Rs 24,000 total across eligible games before requesting withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While bonus funds are active in your account, most platforms cap the maximum stake per bet or spin. Exceeding this limit can void your bonus entirely. At pk011, the standard cap when using bonus funds is Rs 250–500 per bet.
Example: You are playing slots with active bonus funds. Each spin must not exceed Rs 400 — placing a Rs 1,000 spin could invalidate the entire bonus balance.
Game Contribution
Not all games contribute equally towards clearing a wagering requirement. Slots typically count 100%, meaning every rupee wagered on slots counts in full. Table games like blackjack or roulette usually contribute only 10–20%, so it takes much longer to clear rollover through those games.
Example: Rs 1,000 wagered on slots = Rs 1,000 rollover progress. Rs 1,000 wagered on live blackjack (10% contribution) = only Rs 100 rollover progress.
Bonus Expiry
Bonuses do not last forever. Most welcome bonuses expire after 7, 14, or 30 days from the date they are credited, regardless of whether the rollover is complete. Once expired, the bonus balance and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
Example: A 14-day bonus credited on the 1st of the month must be fully rolled over and withdrawn before the 15th, or it disappears.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky (non-cashable) bonus stays in your account as wagering fuel but can never be withdrawn directly — only the winnings generated from it can be cashed out. A non-sticky (cashable) bonus is added on top of your real-money balance and can be withdrawn once rollover is met.
Example: Sticky bonus of Rs 1,000 — you wager, win Rs 3,500, meet rollover. You withdraw Rs 3,500 in winnings but the original Rs 1,000 bonus disappears.
Maximum Cash-Out
Some bonuses cap how much you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings, regardless of how much you actually won. This protects the platform from extreme variance but can frustrate players who hit a lucky streak during a bonus round.
Example: A bonus with a Rs 10,000 max cash-out: even if you turn a Rs 1,000 bonus into Rs 50,000, only Rs 10,000 of those bonus-linked winnings can be withdrawn.
Free Spins Value
Free spins are awarded at a fixed coin value per spin, typically Rs 5–20 per spin on pk011. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to their own rollover requirement — usually X20 to X30 — before withdrawal is permitted.
Example: 50 free spins at Rs 10 each = up to Rs 500 in bonus winnings. With X20 rollover you must wager Rs 10,000 before cashing out those winnings.
