5.1 All deposits on the pk011 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk011 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, and UBL bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
5.2 Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon cleared receipt, which may take one to three business days depending on the sending institution.
5.3 You confirm that all funds deposited into your pk011 Account are derived from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised user of the payment method used. 6.6 Dispute Resolution. Withdrawals to HBL and UBL bank accounts are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 7.3 Verification Requirement. pk011 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. 12.1 pk011 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 pk011 may share personal data with third parties where required by law, by the terms of its gaming licence, or for the purpose of identity verification, fraud prevention, and anti-money-laundering compliance. pk011 will not sell personal data to third-party marketers.
